Shades of Gray

As much as I love to get dolled up in skintight dresses and curve-hugging skirts, there's nothing like a good ol' T-shirt & jeans combo! It's classic, comfy, and combinational (ok that's def not a legit word, however you'll thank me later for creating it, promise lol)!! I'm obsessed with the color gray right now, and apparently, the runways are just as obsessed as moi! So obsessed that they have even gone as far as naming this seasons "it" color, "Quartz Gray". I love that this monochrome t-shirt and jeans combo is a color/outfit that works all year round with various other colors such as: Blush pink, Olive/Army Green, Black, White, Cobalt Blue, etc, so it's no wonder the fashion world has given the color a twist on it's own name! Due to mine, and the fashion-world's admiration of the gray shade color, I wanted to share with you my literal go-to outfit.... that I am guilty of excessively wearing.... like it's straight going out of style lol. Don't judge me! I can't help it though, it's so easy to wear from day to night, especially since I'm still in between my major home move, and most of my clothes are still boxed up :-/ Earlier today, I wore this combo with a pair of white Vans, and a black zip-up hoody. I knew I would have to wear a versatile outfit since I couldn't go back home to change later, so I planned to do what I do best - Glam It Up! For tonight's look, I added a bit of camel to warm up my gray's and threw on my favorite black faux-leather jacket, in case I get the San Francisco blues (it's May, but weather-wise, feels a lot like January, not okay brrrrrrr!). So the moral of my favy ensemble's story is: What I don't like, are shades being thrown, buttttt, what I do like are shades of gray ;-)
