Glam Holiday Dresses That Make A Statement

Since it’s now officially the holiday season, I couldn’t resist talking about glitzy glam holiday party attire! There’s nothing more fitting for a holiday party than a sparkling high slit dress. They’re always a statement-maker and just so fun to wear, however, if you're invited to as many weekly holiday event's in December as I am, then you know that means a different dress for each occasion. Yikes! On top of all the holiday gift and decor spending, nobody wants to spend extra cash like that! Luckily, I found this gem at House of CB (the style is called "Blanca Nude Shimmer Sheer Chiffon Maxi Dress"), where they're currently offering 3 dresses for $195 (about $67 per dress!)!! They also apply free shipping to your order, and extended their holiday returns to January 10th (for those of us whom are indecisive about which dress we gotta choose and for which event lol)! I’m obsessed with the beautiful "old Hollywood glamour" feel of this dress – it has a little stretch so it hugs your curves in the right places, as well as the added drama of the sheer draped detail. The low-cut front adds a sexy touch that’s not over the top, but enough to make a statement (which looks great if you have a smaller bust! I'm a bit modest about how much cleavage I am showing and have a bigger bust, so I opted to pin mine up a bit). It just goes to show that you don't need to spend a lot to look like a lot. It's all about choosing the right silhouette for your body-type and frame, and how you style them. This is definitely one of my favorite holiday dresses of all time.
