How To Style The Floral Skirt

It's literally 90 degrees in San Fran!! This NEVERRRRR happens! On one
hand, I'm loving hitting up the beach and pool in the daytime, but on
the other, since owning a fan nevertheless an HVAC system is unheard of in the City, nighttime has been pretty brutal. Either way I'm taking this
opportunity to up-cycle an oldie but goodie floral skirt I own, by
demonstrating that you can teach an old dog new tricks ;-)
